This is it in a nutshell. Everyone can have an opinion but the only person that really matters is our highly experienced professional coach and he seems to totally disagree with tbe OP thoughts. Dykes has been in every squad and I should imagine it’s because he does offer something different to any of our other forward thinking players.
Dykes is not fantastic and I’m sure CD would like to upgrade him at some point, however as of now he is THE only one with real physical presence and ability in the air, if we need a plan B. Whilst he’s here I’m sure he’ll be utilised.
