Electric Scooters in Cheltenham & Gloucester (4 replies)

Me and my mate went for a ride on our motorbikes tonight round the Cotswolds. We ended up lost in Cheltenham, rode down bus lanes, rode down blind alleys (mate was leading and he's useless). Anyway what struck me when we were farting about was the amount of people going round on electric scooters. Apparently there's a trial going on [www.voi.com]. Just seems daft that you can ride one in Cheltenham but get nicked for using one elsewhere ????‍♂️

Obviously they're going to become legal country wide at some point.
