Serie C side Potenza Calcio have gone viral in the last day after they announced the loan signing of Bologna youth forward Gennaro Anatriello with a brilliant Pokemon-themed video.
Anatriello, 21, joins Potenza after a 2024-25 campaign spent on loan with fellow Serie C sides Messina and Trapani, in which the forward scored 9 goals in 31 games.
On their official website, Potenza wished Anatriello a ‘warm welcome’ but it was their announcement video that turned a few heads across social media:
