New Appointment

Performance Psychologist Jennifer Lace has been appointed to the new role of Chief of Staff at Birmingham City.

This is a unique job title in English football and will involve “leadership, staff development, culture and co-strategy.” Lace has previously been Head of Psychology and Mental Health for the League Managers Association and Head of Sport Psychology and Personal Development for Nottingham Forest.
