WNBA vs. NWSL expansion

The WNBA announced today further expansion to bring the league up to 18 teams by 2030. The league added the Golden State Valkyries for this season and will add Portland & Toronto for 2026. The newly announced cities are Cleveland(2028), Detroit(2029) & Philadelphia(2030).

Does this pressure the NWSL to announce the next two expansion teams sooner rather than later?
