Changing the team you support as an adult?

I know three people who as adults have changed the team they support:

Everton to Chelsea (should be fun in the FA Cup, he's even changed his name as well)
Man Utd to Chelsea (Thought supporting Man U was "a bit glory hunting"!)
Man Utd to Spurs and then back again! lol

I think its pretty bad, if you become fond of an alternative team for whatever reason wouldn't they become like a second team to you? IMO supporting your team for live should be Sacrosanct.
