His team mates don't have to like him, as long as he makes them better and makes the team better then that's all that matters. Tell him to channel his aggression by all means, but suggesting he should be on some charm offensive smiling to win people over is ridiculous imo.
And FWIW, Rags you can sometimes be a tit when you go off on one, but I make you right here that boy was a poor choice of word.
