June 6 – Space: the final frontier. And apparently, the next logical destination for Atlético Madrid’s membership drive given their lack of silverware this season.
The Spanish club has launched the ‘Atleti Red & White’ card, an international membership programme designed to capture rojiblanco supporters “outside of Spain and outer space.” Because why limit yourself to terrestrial fans when the universe is your oyster?
