I’m struggling as to what they can do to eradicate this one.

Keeper faking injury for a ‘time out’ is an easy fix, all players into centre circle and manager/coaches off the pitch.

Stealing 10 yards at a throw in also easy, warn once then foul throw every time.

Only way I can think of with holding at corners is to award a foul or penalty after initial warning. Would need a lot of consistency to be applied by officials though.
