I agree with Rags. The quality of the player is relative to our system. You could argue Dembele and Myiohsi are as good and perhaps better than Hanson or Wright - both moved up to a higher level but neither were right for our system and/or mindset.

The fact that we know how Dowell and Davies fare in a setup is a big plus. However, I do expect our style to change somewhat given we're not going to be the big dog anymore.
