The two projects are completely different. Man United are building in existing site with existing infrastructure, it's an infinitely more straightforward project outside of the stadium build. Ours is a complete regeneration of an area and major transportation and infrastructure plan.

People need to chill out and let things play out, one project doesn't negate the other. They are both exciting and good for the country.
