Lodge in mid Wales (22 replies)

Thinking of buying a lodge (fancy caravan) in mid Wales. We live too far out for most things going on and think a mid Wales holiday lodge might get us more central as a base and give us somewhere to go for a few days. I see prices about £50k. Am I mental/wasting my money?
