Does sound like Moyes isn't too keen on getting players who might not have an impact now but have potential.

My preference would be to buy potential and cross our fingers they provide an impact today especially if we're spending anything material.

Walker-Peters for £7m? Yes please. Arthur Melo for £20m? No thanks.
