It would probably guarantee one of those clubs a euro place but it would come at a price of having to squeeze in even more games and that could have a negative impact of affecting their league battles.
3rd tier teams already have League, EFL league cup, EFL (Vertu) trophy and FA cup games so if you add in Europa conference league games that would be a long season even for a championship club not involved in the EFL trophy.
