Here is my Low GameCam mod for FC25 on PC.
Some of us prefer to play with the lower camera to give the game a more realistic TV feel but in most FIFA games of late, certain stadiums have a higher GameCam and even on the lowest height setting, the cam was still too high.
This mod eliminates that and enables the ability to have lower GameCams in all stadiums.
Below are some examples but give it a try...
