Risky appointment (10 replies)

Before people start hyperventilating and stop shaking this isn’t my view but I was listening to the radio last week and this presenter was questioning how risky it was Birmingham appointing a manager with no managerial experience. And giving him a hefty transfer budget to spend on foreign unknowns.

First I thought what a load of rubbish but it got me thinking he’s got a point.

It keeps nagging away at me!!!
