Could ION(Scripps Sports) play a major part in broadcasting Soccer in the near future?
I know the company announced a deal with the NWSL a year ago and from the looks of it the coverage of the League has been successful. They also have the WNBA and they were able to snatch the National Spelling Bee rights from ESPN. Could we see this network try to bid for other soccer and sports competitions in the future?
