I’d say it’s a combination of being played out of position, was still fairly young and developing when he made his debut, was outshone (not necessarily playing better but was pushed back down the pecking order) by other academy prospects e.g George Hall/Jobe and probably the bigger factor is in the wales set up he’s playing with better players compared to blues. Particularly if you’re going back a season or two.

He should be a main stay on the first team sheet
