Spain's football chief apologises for kissing player during World Cup celebrations

Spanish football federation president Luis Rubiales, who grabbed player Jenni Hermoso's head and gave her an unsolicited kiss on the lips during Women's World Cup victory celebrations, admits it was wrong after initially describing critics as "idiots".
