On Saturday around mid day taxi into Digbeth charged £4.50 congestion charge on top of normal fare.
Queried it but the driver said everyone gets charged that nowadays ????
First time I've come across that.
Is that now the norm ?
I'm asking Crown Cars for it's full terms and conditions but no joy so far.
Who oversees what they can and can't do at local government level ?
