I always liked the Alexandra. Very friendly, and an amazingly wide selection of very well kept real ales, plus loads of rail memorabilia if that's your thing. I think there's an old locomotive from out the back. In fact I was supposed to be there tomorrow, but the dreaded Covid has got me, so I'll be watching on the box instead!
