There isn’t joined up thinking, but the incidents all seem to be down to the reaction of the public?

Absolutely however in any situation where there are large volumes of people you need skilled people to manage it and ways of moving them along

Charging two young lads to try to check tickets and create a dangerous bottle neck, then sending a two carriage train is woeful incompetence

It’s a shame cos if they got it right, public transport to and from blues could be brilliant
