I think they are just scrapping the u18 and u23 teams and turning them into B and C
Nothing else changes, and we are still going for Category 1
So why wouldn't you make that clear yesterday
The only theory I have, is that the Gregg Evans article caught them out, so that piece that came out last night was cobbled together quickly.
