Exactly this. Our cohesive team spirit and willingness to work are key. I trust Bielsa to judge the characters of the players he wants to work with. He already knew which Leeds players he could develop before he got here.Risks either way. It isnt just the talent that needs to be there. Attitude is everything. If Bielsa doesnt like your attitude it wont matter how good you are.
I am all for an oversees wonderkid or two but it needs to be blended with age ans experience. A Strachan, a Pablo.
