Managers leave clubs at all times during a season. Sacked or approached by other clubs. It’s ridiculous to suggest that it’s normal for the most important position on the match day side of the business to not even have any other names in the Boards sights once a sacking/resignation or approach from another Club happens.
It happens at semi pro Clubs as standard, never mind at our level. If it’s not happening it’s shambolic
