Everyone some one says Wagner I think of this bloke in my head too lol!

I quite often see him walking his dogs in Cradley, trudging up the hill, almost always in a cagoule, hood up tight around his face.

I drove through Pensnett today (as I do every Tuesday) and spared him a thought funnily enough, that used to be one of his haunting grounds.... Last I heard he was a tattoo artist in Halesowen
