I agree, should have had penalties in every round now.

Yeah.

Or the captains could just toss a coin before kick off and whoever calls correctly wins the tie.

Save a lot of time and somebody other than Man U, Man C, Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea or Liverpool might win the Cup.

Of course we don’t need second, third, fourth (or in the case of Alvechurch and Oxford City, sixth) replays, but a team that gets a draw away from home deserves another dig in front of its own fans.

But then, fairness in football went out of the window a long time ago.

As in football, so in life.
