As far as I know Gerry, you're not treading on anybody's toes and have obviously researched your subject pretty well.
I haven't been very deeply into much of your work but I like the way you've sectioned and presented it. There's some interesting topics in there and it looks interesting as a companion guide to the World Cup, which is obviously what you intended, so I plan to use it that way.
