I wonder how much Cotterill changing the team cost him.
We'd just gone on a good run, had been unlucky not to win at Huddersfield, and the draw paired us with Man U.
Most of the first team would have been itching to have a go.
Instead with seven changes we threw it away in the hope of taking a fresh side to Vile.
And of course they never turned up. Unrecognizable from the team that took Wednesday to the slaughter.
Had they thrown in the towel then? The one chance to have a decent match this season - and it was taken from them?
