Club Purpose & Values - have your say!

As one of the actions following the Club Member Survey, we would like to adopt a Club Purpose and a set of Club Values.  But we need YOUR input please!

Please click the link to have your say on the proposed Club Purpose and to vote for the Club Values you would like us to adopt.  The survey will only take 5 minutes. 

Deadline: Monday 9th May 2022.

We will present your feedback and confirm the Club Purpose and Club Values at the AGM on 15th May 2022.   

If you’re wondering why we are doing this, Paul Boon our Club Development Officer, explains it like this:  

The North Star is famous for holding nearly still in our sky while the entire northern sky moves around it. Metaphorically speaking, our Club Purpose and Club Values are the North Star and mission statement for our club - a fixed destination that we can depend on, as the world changes around us....helping guide us as a club and members towards the same outcome.  Our new Club Purpose and Club Values aim to describe what the club will look like in the future, and they serve as a guiding beacon towards the kind of future the club aspires to create.
