Member survey results
Thank you again to all 92 people who responded to the Mid-season Survey - we were delighted to get such a good response! The purpose of the survey is to help your committee understand what's important to you, what you like about the club and what you think can be improved.
Your committee has worked through the survey results to understand your feedback. Much of the feedback is positive but there is negative feedback too and indeed conflicting feedback. In the interests of transparency, we are publishing the full results of the survey below.

Based on your feedback the priority areas we want to improve are:

Selection process: improve timeliness, openness, consistency, fairness

Adult and junior coaching: various different suggestions for improvement

Juniors: allow the age-group teams to play more regularly
We are working on an action plan to start to address these and other areas (see summary). We will keep members informed on the action plan and consult captains and members further as appropriate. We are aiming for a few "quick wins" this season but some some actions may take until next season.
