Results for 02 & 03 November 2019

Men's 7:

A great start from the Men's 7 with the team quickly going 2-0 up in the first half. The first goal smashed in by Kallum Greenwood with the second goal coming from a well worked team goal with a first time hit scored by Andy Gula-Walker into top left corner. Very quickly one of the team injured their ankle but he decided to play on.

In the second half Thirsk came back strong pulling it back to 2-1. Towards the end of the game Thirsk managed to equalise. Unfortunately the Leeds sweeper took a serious injury to his back and could not Continue . The final whistle went whilst Thirsk were setting up for a penalty corner, which f they scored they win 3-2. Leeds defended the penalty corner to hold Thirsk off and pull the game to a two all draw.
