She is passionate about developing emerging talent and supporting athletes as they make the step-up from school/youth hockey into the adult performance space. Sue has developed a strong understanding of the game through over 30 years experience playing and coaching. Her background in teaching has helped her develop effective communication skills, she is very approachable in one-on-one conversations and confident in small group as well as larger group situations.
Sue has been an active and supportive member of Harewood Hockey Club and we are extraordinarily proud of this national Award for her ongoing contribution to our sport across many levels.
