A great night at the Awards but we came home empty handed!

Stratford Hockey club was well represented at the Stratford District Sports Awards 2018 on Friday evening as we had six short listed nominations. All amazing candidates and volunteers who have done so much for our club unfortunately we came away empty handed.

All six categories were very competitive with some fantastic candidates including Andrew Pozzi indoor world record holder at the hurdles. The children and teams were all worthy winners and it must have been a very difficult job to choose. It was however lovely to see so many Stratford Hockey players there raising the profile of our club - better luck next year!
