AECC ADULT TENNIS 2018 Adult Tennis Coaching Squads commence 10th September Members and non-members welcome! Beginner/ Refresher and Intermediate lessons, Ladies mornings, Cardio tennis Adult coaching is open to both members and non-members - come along and play tennis!! Courses will only run if there are enough participants “ADULT BEGINNER/REFRESHER” These group sessions offer a high level of attention to each player within a group environment, working on the Technical, Tactical, Physical and Mental aspects of Tennis appropriate to standard. MONDAYS 8-9pm - AECC Tennis Member- £56, Non Member - £63 (7 wk course) WEDNESDAYS 2-3.30pm - AECC Tennis Member - £63, Non Member - £70 (7 wk course) “ADULT INTERMEDIATE” These sessions again offer a high level of attention to player within a group environment, working to further develop the Technical, Tactical, Physical and Mental aspects of Tennis beyond “Beginner/Refresher” standard. Players should have playing/coaching experience. (MAX 8 PLAYERS) TUESDAY 8-9.30pm - AECC Tennis Member - £63, Non Member - £70 (7 wk course) “CARDIO TENNIS SESSIONS” These fun, sociable group fitness classes set on tennis courts and open to people of all ages and abilities. Whatever standard, you’ll benefit from hitting lots of balls and doing a great cardio workout! FRIDAY 1-2pm - AECC Tennis Member- £56, Non Member - £63 (7 wk course) “LADIES MORNINGS” A great way to improve your game in an enjoyable class with other Ladies. Emphasis is placed on improving technique and tactics in a friendly, fun session.
