Yoga for Riders – Strength, Balance & Mindfulness

We’re excited to introduce equestrian-focused yoga classes in the stable yard, led by Charlotte Evanson (life coach, yoga teacher, and owner of Cosmo). These sessions will bring together strength, stretching, and mindfulness—all essential for riders looking to improve balance, mobility, and body awareness in the saddle. The stable yard provides a magical setting for a truly holistic experience, connecting movement and breath with the energy of the horses around you. Classes will be held outdoors and are weather dependent. • Small group sessions (up to 10 people) • £75 for a block of five sessions 7-8 p.m.– choose which ones to attend 29/4, 6/5, 13/5, 20/5, 27/5, 17/6, 24/6 • Bring your own mat FOR WVS MEMBERS ONLY
