ADELABELLA (4.35 Sandown, nap)
She took a few runs to get going and has really found her feet as the season has progressed. Her past three runs have been excellent with a close second at Doncaster followed by a smooth success at Nottingham. A 2lb rise for a recent Newmarket win is fair and there is more to come.
APOSTLE (7.43 Salisbury, nb).
This son of Frankel was kept to a mile by canny Sir Mark Prescott until he qualified for a handicap mark. That saw him upped to this 1m6f trip for a promising run at Redcar before he ran his rivals ragged to score at Chelmsford. He’s back with just a 5lb penalty for last week’s success and there should be a lot more to come.
THREE DONS (4.10 Ffos Las, treble).
He has been a real cash machine for trainer Tony Carroll with an impressive five wins from his past seven runs. He had lots in hand when winning here in the mud last timer and looks hard to fault.
