College Rode Barrel Horse

Kirby is a finished barrel horse who is athletic, in top physical condition and ready to run. This past year, he has been my college rodeo barrel horse in the Southwest Texas region. I've owned him since he was nine. He is a pleasure to ride and runs a clean, consistent 1D/2D barrel pattern in Ontario and 3D at big Texas shows. He trail-rides and knows poles; however, for college, I only ran him in barrels. He handles different ground and conditions well. No buck, bolt or rear and stands for farrier. He can be hot at the gate so needs an experienced rider. <br />Lives easy in pasture with other geldings and mares or can be stalled. Bathes, ties, stands for farrier, minimal maintenance. Up to date on vaccines, deworming, dental and farrier. Negative Coggins, Piroplasmosis and Health Certificate from April 29th, 2024 available.
