Licensing via Email
Contact the licensing office at any time at horseracing@michigan.gov to have an application and payment information sent to you.

Licensing via Fax
Fax your application to (248)349-9139, you must contact the licensing office for payment information.
• Trainers must complete a stable roster.
• Grooms must have their trainer sign #35 on the back of the application.

Veterinarian Office Requirements
Current rhinos and coggins must be received in the MGCB Vet’s office at Northville Downs prior to entering the grounds on race day. Fax rhinos and coggins to
