Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)

All members were recently sent a mailing which included information on the EGM and membership renewal for 2022.

The Extraordinary General Meeting gives the membership the opportunity to vote on the updated Articles of Association and proposals to appoint the initial members of the new Board of Trustees.

Members are invited to attend the meeting which will be held on 14th December by kind permission of Hook Norton Brewery as listed in this pack.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, we urge members, if they have not already, to complete and return their voting forms to CFW Accountants, 3 Weekley Wood Close, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN14 1UQ or by email to emma.b@cfwaccountants.co.uk by noon on Monday, 6th December 2021.
