YR_U25 Program and Awards Update

We are pleased to share with you two important updates: 

1. Cash Awards based on YR U25 Leaderboard Standings: 

Your YR/U25 committee has raised money to support, training, travel and competition costs.  These funds will be given out in lump sums throughout the competition season based on the current YR/U25 Leaderboard standings as follows:

1. The top three Intermediate riders will receive money on July 30^th and at the OEA banquet in November.
2. The top three riders for both the YR and U25 Training and Preliminary divisions will receive funds on July 15^th, Sept 15^th and at the OEA banquet in November.
3. The top three riders in Pre-training will receive funds at the OEA banquet in November.

1. Year End Awards Update:

We are pleased to announce that we have two saddle sponsors. They are COUNTY SADDLERY and BRUNO DELGRANGE. There will be a draw for each saddle at the OEA Banquet in November, one being awarded to a YR rider and one to a U25 rider. In order to be eligible for the draw, riders must volunteer for 3 events. 

What you get out of this program is what you put into it… So, ride, volunteer at an event, go to clinics whenever possible and give back. If you are a U25 rider, reach out and mentor a YR at an event or clinic by helping them with a course walk, or offering words of encouragement.  We are looking at you as our next leaders of this sport.  You can sign up to volunteer here https://bit.ly/2Ix3NCz
