Prairie Stipe Maas Tobul

Prairie grew up as a Hunter-Jumper rider when the need for adrenaline turned her into an avid three-day eventer. She has 14+ years of experience teaching and training students, from Beginner to Advanced, and has spent the last seven years as a professional groom, barn manager, and competitor in upper-level eventing. Prairie has competed up to Training level including a long format Training 3 Day. As a groom, she has also had the pleasure of working with and schooling horses through the Advanced and 5* level. Her lessons focus on creating a strong fundamental base, promoting confidence, and securing the connection between horse and rider.

Binky Krahn

Our dressage clinician and judge will be Binky Krahn, from Mineral Point, Wisconsin. Binky started riding as an 11-year-old horse crazy little girl. She learned to ride from a Canadian cowboy, and was in 4H, riding every day after school, mostly bareback, and stayed with it through high school. Then after a break for University and career, she got back into riding and was introduced to Dressage, and fell in love with the beauty and cooperation of Dressage. She has shown successfully through Prix St George, has her USDF Bronze medal, and is 2 scores short of her Silver Medal. She was convinced to start teaching by her own instructor about 16 years ago, and loves it! She says ”My job is to keep my riders safe and teach them classical riding, with respect and kindness for the horse. I have worked with many riders both young and not so young. In that time I have never found a rider who thrived with a shouting instructor, so that is not the way I roll."
