Horse Sport Ireland recently held three loose jumping competitions for three and four year old fillies. These championships were held in Wexford Equestrian Centre, Cavan Equestrian Centre and Warrington Equestrian Centre. These competitions included the inaugural pony loose jumping. It was open to all fillies that were registered with an approved DAFM studbook, WBFSH studbook for horses, and EU studbook for ponies. Mare inspections and classifications with the Irish Sport Horse Studbook and Irish Sport Pony Studbook were also offered to all entrants on the day at each venue. Wexford EC kicked off the first competition last Monday 26th November with over 30 competitors, second show was held in Cavan EC on Thursday 29th November with similar numbers and finally Warrington EC, Kilkenny completed the three events with over 60 entries on Monday 3rd December.
