Canberra’s Kayla Nisbet Racking Up The Winners

Canberra Jockey Kayla Nisbet set the Moruya meeting alight on Monday booting home four winners.

Nisbet built on her two winners at Friday’s Canberra meeting on the Acton in the capital, including on Shezacraftsman in the $50,000 TAB Federal.

Having overcome injuries and illness, Nisbet’s success is well deserved and her services are increasingly in demand.

At Moruya, Nisbet rode a double for leading Canberra trainer Matt Dale and was on Melberra Star who returned to the winners list for Canberra’s Luke Pepper.

She’s striking at 19% with both Pepper and Dale.

When the money is down, Nisbet is delivering. This season she’s won 4/6 on horses starting at even money or less (67%) and at 30% on runners priced 2.00 - 6.0 delivering a profit on turnover on both segments. 

Nisbet put the writing on the wall earlier this month when she delivered at Canterbury on Romance Can Costa (25-1) for trainer Aaron Clarke in the TAB Rewards BM 75.

Nisbet will be in action again today (Tuesday) at Albury where she has four rides.
