The Michigan Gaming Control Board has granted an MGCB Order Change of Time to Northville Downs for Saturday, November 2nd. The Breeders Cup Classic post time is scheduled to be 8:45 PM EST. With a 6 PM post time. The MHHA, along with Northville Downs, feels we can capture the best crowd by racing between 6-10 PM.
