Trail Site Supervisor – Bison Butte
Do you love the smell of fresh dirt, the sound of tires on trail, and the satisfaction of building something awesome outdoors? This might be your dream summer job—or the perfect side hustle. Bison Butte MTB Trails is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to help lead and support our summer trail crew.
This is not your average desk job. It’s boots-on-the-ground, dirt-under-your-nails, make-a-difference kind of work.
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting and mentoring summer staff on trail building and maintenance
• Helping organize weekly work plans
• Keeping projects on track and aligned with site priorities
• Connecting with the Bison Butte Committee to bring trail plans to life
• Helping ensure our trails stay fun, safe, and sustainable
You’re a great fit if you:
• Have experience with MTB trail building or outdoor site supervision
• Enjoy teaching, coaching, and supporting a team
• Are organized (or organized enough to keep a crew moving!)
• Love working outside in whatever weather Manitoba brings
• Care about trails, community, and doing great work

Details:
Start date dependent on Green Team Grant approval
Estimated start: Mid-May
Estimated finish: Mid-September
Approx. 10 hours/week (dependent on grant allowance)
