Stem for Northrock SC7

I have a Northrock SC7. It has an adjustable stem, and the teeth are won down. At the bike shop they said they'd need to special order the part, which would be $50, so I wanted to see if was possible to find it cheaper. Could someone tell be the right part to look for?
