Smart City: Savari Habba cycling effort gets a boost

After good response from the public, the Hubballi-Dharwad Smart City Limited (HDSCL) has mulled to launch a campaign for the Public Bicycle System (PBS). The HDSCL launched ‘Savari Habba’, an event on Sunday, to create awareness about PBS and encourage registration.
