Litespeed T6 Water Bottle Cage Rivet Spins

Just bought a very lightly used 2018 Litespeed T6 from someone. They shipped the water bottle cage bolts in a separate box, so when I went to screw them in one of them would not go in and had the rivet spinning

is this an easy cheap fix for a LBS? Will they drill out the rivet or just tighten it up? It shouldn't damage the titanium?
