Ordering an older frame with manufacturer warranty?

I'm interested in picking up a 2013-2015 era Cannondale CAAD10 or Synapse frame. It has a particular color set I find appealing, but I'm also wanting to get it with a Cannondale warranty so I'd be able to bring it back to them for any problems with it. I realize that buying off ebay and secondhand sites void that warranty, so that's what I'm hoping to avoid.
Is there a method to contact a distributor or someone at the company that keeps NOS or unsold frames still under warranty? Not sure how this works, any advice is appreciated.
